Green flashing light

So, woke up to no internet - saw a green flashing light on my Hub 3.0. Switched it off/on - same problem. Went on MyVirgin - Status. Says everything is fine in my area. Tried to run a check through their website. Says there’s a problem. Dialled 150 - says there’s a known problem in our area (??) and it’s taking longer than usual. Says all problems can be seen on the MyVirgin app and then hangs up. Great!

If you ring back a second time the message usually says "we see you have recently called with an issue, if the issue still ongoing we will put you through to an adviser" or words to that effect
