So, woke up to no internet - saw a green flashing light on my Hub 3.0. Switched it off/on - same problem. Went on MyVirgin - Status. Says everything is fine in my area. Tried to run a check through their website. Says there’s a problem. Dialled 150 - says there’s a known problem in our area (??) and it’s taking longer than usual. Says all problems can be seen on the MyVirgin app and then hangs up. Great!
