if you have done a reboot and a reset then it sounds like an external problem - you might get some info here - Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually tells you of more local issues down to postcode level
it may well sort its self out - other than that you need to ring and book a tech
if it is a known fault the tech will be booked and then cancelled by the system until the known fault is resolved
