Green Light still blinking and no wifi

Hi,

Just received my self installation kit an hour ago and have finished setting up hub but it still shows a blinking green at the bottom and the wifi symbol is a steady green. Also, I am not sure if I connected it to a proper wall socket.

Does anyone know what to do?

Did you follow the "activation" instructions. In any case it 'sworth trying again - the equipment activation number is... 0800 953 9500

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Yeah I did, Ive posted this before calling thats why. Im just gonna have to wait for an hour and see what happens.
