Got my Hub 3, Internet never worked. Been 7 days.

I got my new self installation connection, plugged it in.

Never worked, kept showing flashing green light. Called customer service. The guy tells me to wait until an engineer comes or go to a friend/family place (during covid). I told him i work from home there is no way i can do that. He tells me to use mobile data on PC to work from home. I made 2 complaints. Nothing worked. Still waiting on engineer.

have you activated it - 0800 953 9500

is a tech booked - it should show if you log into your account - from the level of support you have had from CS i doubt the NON helpful agent bothered to book a tech

I am sorry for the issues you have had with your broadband so far.

 

Have you tried logging onto your online account to see the date and time of when the engineer is booked? Click here to do so.
