Hi had broadband delivered, said my address was okay for self set up cannot find a virgin media box at all, all I can find is a cabel tel box on the outside of the house and can’t locate where the wires are going to.
i was wondering how I go about booking engineer visit.

You need to call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
