Goodbye Virgin Media, I'm Appalled!! You Lost A New Customer.

Will be cancelling my DD and Contract 4 Days of them Completely ignoring me and false promises not even helping me get an engineer out as I can't afford to phone up anymore. My cables and sockets need sorted I have no connection I'm done. 

Thank you to those on my previous post with advice I appreciate it, but I think I shouldn't of signed up and I was advised about quickstart instead of engineer.

cancelling your DD won't cancel your contract, all that will happen is that you run up debts which will be passed to debt collectors.

I am 2 days into my service with VM and possibly soon be following away from them.

I am not sure i have ever experienced such awful customer service. 

I supposedly have an engineer coming out between 12-4 today. I had a text yesterday confirming the same, but the appointment has disappeared from my account online so I am not hopeful!

im currently trying to get in contact to cancel my contract, I think I'll stick to talktalk their services maybe slow but atleast there's always someone there when needed.

then why start another thread?
we don't need threads created to tell everyone that you are leaving. if you are going to leave then just do it and disappear into the night.
