I had the letter saying I could terminate without penalty and the date was set for today?
The phone service transferred on 3rd October and Virgin reduced my bill from £39 to £22 and the Bill says Closing Bill.
The modem disconnected at around 10:00 and is all zeros
How do I return the model, splitters, attenuators etc?
I'm now with Box Fibre broadband - 1GBps Symmetric free for 6 months then £30 per month.
