Good god - your live chat is abysmal.

So I spent literally over 1 hour a week ago or so to try and change my address. The person on the live chat was half asleep and it it always took him MINUTES to respond back. It's unacceptable and beyond of a joke. ~15minutes ago or so I tried live chat again and it took person 5 minutes to get back to me on a simple question. LOOK INTO THIS CRAP.

Also I just tried calling 0345 141 0111 - clearly everyone left the office and went home. What are your working hours?
