I’m quite quick to criticise VM so I thought I’d give them credit where it’s due.

The did an install of a new 360 Mini Box and upgraded my V6 to a 360 today.

They arrived when they said they would, were friendly, courteous and tidy. They even upgraded my Hub from a 3 to a 5 which was a nice surprise.

Can’t fault them.
