I have just signed up to Virgin Media for a home we are due to move into tomorrow however today I received an email saying my gone away form has been received- I'm concerned my services will be cut off instead of the current seller- what should I do?
If you have recieved this it will mean that a gone away form has been submitted to say you are moving into the house with active service and they are requesting to terminate that service. There is no need to worry.
