I placed an order last Wednesday for broadband and the self installation kit was due to be delivered yesterday. It didn’t get delivered and I hadn’t heard from anyone.
I have received an email today about a gone away form which I believe means the previous tenants were also using VM and have not closed their accounts. What are the next steps? And how long long will the process take? I am working remotely without wifi…
