Gone Away Form

Hello,

Again, it’s impossible to reach a human being at Virgin Media and I have to write here.

I am moving in to a new place this weekend. Current tenant is with Virgin Media so I thought it would just be easier to open an account. I placed an order but I received a “Gone Away form received” email. What is it about? Will I receive my package on time?

I need everything to be sorted by Monday to be able to work from home.

Usually the current occupier's VM account must have been cancelled and their service have ended before it is possible to place a new order.  This is because VM does not permit a property to have more that one active account for a residential service.
