Hi,

I just received an email to say that Virgin has received my Gone Away form? Any ideas what  this means?

Thanks!

This is usually when a potential customer wants to take a service at a property where an existing customer is already registered. Some people do not cancel when they leave a property, so VM sends a “Gone Away” communication to the contact details of that customer to try to make sure they have actually left the property.

VM BB TV Landline. Vonage 2nd line. Freeview/Freesat HD, ASDA/Tesco PAYG Mobile. Customer since 1993

Hi @PeepoDark

Thank you for reaching out to us here, welcome to the community.

The situation you describe can mean one of two things. Either you have signed up for services and there is already an active account at the address. Or you have an account already and someone else is applying for services at your current/old address.

In order to assist further I will send you a private message to see if I can get you an update.

thank you

Jon
