Hi,
I was just wondering how long it takes the website to update to start taking orders for new connections. Our area got installed earlier on this year, and people within the village have signed up to the new service (via local sales personnel).
However when going to the Virgin Media website postcode checker it still says the services are unavailable.
I have a contract that ends mid Feb with Sky and would like to move over.
A lot of the compare websites show Virgin as available when I put my post code in also.
