We've recently moved into a new build (not on a development). About six weeks before completion, Virgin fitted their fibre lines in the street, but we're having an absolute nightmare getting an account set up. We've been told our case has been referred to the new builds team but we're still waiting and two people working from home with no internet is a complete nightmare. How can it possibly take this long to sort out an address that has a VM box two metres from the front door? Help!
