Am interested to find out if anyone else is having/had difficulties getting their broadband installed?! We are having an absolute nightmare. It’s impossible to speak to anyone at Virgin and we are both working from home again now. I just want broadband installing. The engineer has been out twice now but until the pre-install work is done it’s a complete waste of time... any tips gratefully received.
