Dear Virgin media,

I am [REMOVED]. Lives in Keighley. Recently I have tried to get virgin media connection in my home. But when technician came for the work, he said the optic cable won't reach into the house. However our street already had  the cable supply. I hope this can be sort out as I really wish to get virgin connection in my home.

Hi kain,

I have ordered a deal. When a technician came for installation, he said there is no one one in this property has virgin connection so it won't possible to get connection to my apartment. But the technician showed the cable on street. So is it possible to start connection to this property.
