I got my virgin media 3.0 hub 2 days ago. Since then i cannot connect to internet.
it shows connection problem. Then i scan the problem it showed:
I called several time to the customer care, body nobody received my call.
I am in need of the internet access urgently.

I got a message from virgin media yesterday saying that you virgin media account is activated.
I dont have any activation number.
