so I’ve just moved into a new flat and was informed by the landlord that internet etc was all inclusive, when I moved in the router was unplugged so I found the instructions online for the hub 3 and set it up, however the internet is not working at all, whenever I put the WiFi password in, it says the ipv4 address is not valid and the broadband is down, is anyone able to help with this?
Certainly that isn't right, can you press and hold the reset button on the back for a timed 60 secs, do not power off the hub after you release the reset button.
Now here comes an issue is that after the reset and you are still having problem, then to be able to book an engineer from VM then only the account holder can do that in your case that would be the landlord.
