Full fibre availability

Hi, Virgin were out laying cables on my street back in November/December and when I checked on the website it said they were bringing the full fibre upgrade service to my area soon, now flash forward to May and when I go on the website, it says they are not operating at all in my area right now instead of they’re coming soon, and I can’t even get a basic fibre package anymore. It also only says this for houses 15-27 while the rest of the street can get any package all the way up to the 1gb package. What was all the cable laying for literally right outside my house if they’re not offering the service anymore? Why did it go from “coming soon” to “not available”?
