Does anyone have experience of persuading Virgin to make new connections? I have moved to a property with "76Mb" connection available via copper when real speeds are 30Mb. (Non Virgin)
Directly across the road Virgin is available at 630Mb. What makes this more frustrating is the line connecting them starts on my side of the street but no connections have been made! The cable is about 2 meters from my front garden.
Is there a route to prompt Virgin to investigate? I'd happily contribute to development, we rely on the connection now more than ever in lockdown & working from home.
