On 14th of June 2020 I referred my brother to Virgin Media Broadband.
He placed his order via the referral link and his services was installed on 7th July 2020.
The services have not been cancelled and still active yet we both have "Pending" showing under the Virgin Referral Dashboard with Alkamio.
I have contacted Alkamio and they have informed me they cannot do anything until Virgin update them regarding the Order and Referral.
Could anyone from Virgin contact me and assist with looking into this as it has been quite some time we have been waiting.
