I moved in to a new property with VM wall socket etc installed already. I signed up to VM wifi and received a Hub 3 box. On installing I have a green flashing power light with a stable green wifi light. I've been through the troubleshooter process on the app, switched off and on, rebooted etc. From other forum posts I see this means there is no connection being received by the Hub.
I've tried calling the 03454541111 number which is "currently not connected" and the online chat sends me round in endless circles with a bot. At my wits end and desperately need wifi for work.
