Hi everyone, hoping someone can help. I have just moved into a new house and ordered a self start hub 3.0 but after many hours of trying to connect to the WiFi, I tried calling customer service. I was on hold for almost 2 hours!!!! The adviser told me that it was because it wasn’t activated so confirmed he would do that straight away and I’d get a text within half an hour to confirm everything was working- that was 6 hours ago 😞
The bottom green light is flashing, I can click on the WiFi network but it comes up with an error page saying unable to connect. Any ideas on how to solve this apart from spending another 2 hours waiting on a call? thanks
I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
