Flashing Broadband Arrows

we have just moved some furniture this afternoon. Unplugged the broadband. Plugged it back in. And now have no internet. The 2 opposite arrows are flashing green. Any help greatly appreciated. Tia

Re: Flashing Broadband Arrows

Ensure coax cable is correctly attached. You could try a pin hole reset, but be aware that any mods you have made to the hub will be removed, things like changes of passwords and splitting SSIDs.

Re: Flashing Broadband Arrows

Hello Barrett2711

Sorry to hear of the broadbadn issues experienced, we appreciate you taking the time to post on the forums and welcome to the community!

From looking at the connection there are some issues, there are power level problems and upstream channels missing. These will require a technician to attend and investigate further, I will send you a Private Message to get some more details from you.

Thanks

Rob
