Flashing Broadband Arrows

we have just moved some furniture this afternoon. Unplugged the broadband. Plugged it back in. And now have no internet. The 2 opposite arrows are flashing green. Any help greatly appreciated. Tia

Also to add, can’t get an engineer out till Friday 😞

Ensure coax cable is correctly attached. You could try a pin hole reset, but be aware that any mods you have made to the hub will be removed, things like changes of passwords and splitting SSIDs.

Sorry to hear of the broadbadn issues experienced, we appreciate you taking the time to post on the forums and welcome to the community!

 

From looking at the connection there are some issues, there are power level problems and upstream channels missing. These will require a technician to attend and investigate further, I will send you a Private Message to get some more details from you.
