First bill with package different from the contract

Hello, I just received an email called service change receipt, but I didn't change anything to my current package.

The monthly charge in this receipt is much higher than the contract I accepted and I received by email.

Obviously in this period it's so difficult to speak with someone due to the coronavirus emergency. 

Is there someone that could help me to understand why they changed my package without telling me anything?

They couldn't help me because the problem is about billing and not technical, can you please redirect me to someone to speak to about the updating of my package without my acceptance?
