i recently signed up for a fibre broadband and explained to the people on the phone I don’t have a fibre connection in the property and they still sent an engineer to install the hub only for them to tell me I don’t have fibre in the property any suggestions how I go about getting fibre connection?
The technician should have arranged it, but best to Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
