Fibre modem sent to copper customer!!

You sent me the wrong modem. You have fibre to the street and in the flat it’s the old copper access point. Please correct!!

There is no such thing as a fibre modem. If you have a hub 4 it's perfectly fine.

All VM hubs and TV boxes use coax as input via an F socket. Even if there is fibre to home, the box where it terminates converts the signal to coax and this is fed to the devices.

So they get their own mini Docsis! Latency must be nice!

This is the problem with marketing, peoples expectation of what "Fibre" broadband actually is.  The only fibre modems I've seen recently are the BT ONT units.
