Fibre Installation

Good afternoon,

I live in a small block of 6 flats and the building doesn't have fibre connection as this was forgot to be added by the developers a few years ago during the renovation works.

the building next door (not even 20 meters away) has Virgin fibre. Would it be possible to extend the fibre to bring it to our building? The flat owners are all keen on having fibre installed.
