Well trying to use the virgin app to solve this problem is a nightmare, and trying to get through to someone on the phone takes 5 minutes plus of pressing options.
Basically I ordered virgin broadband to my address and the quickstart pack arrived, however my landlord failed to tell me the virgin cable from the box outside had been cut, so I couldnt plug in my virgin hub and start using it. Basically it needs a new box installing inside the house from the original cable box outside. So i called up and booked an engineer which was fine, however when i login to the my virgin media app, it states I have no appointments scheduled, same if i logon to the web browser.
