Fiber in my building, not in my flat

Hi,

I have recently moved to a new apartment in central London. There are 2 flats above my apartment, flat 2 and flat 3 that have Virgin Media Full Fiber broadband access, but I live on the ground floor, immediately below them and Virgin Media Website tells me I don't have access to any broadband service.

I don't think this make much sense, as the flats are immediately above me, and there must be a fiber cable that goes through the ground floor, flat 1, that I live in.

I have already tried calling Virgin Broadband sales team, but they keep saying that their system says I have no access, even though they confirm flat 2 and 3 do have access.

How can I effectively contact Virgin Media to check a feasibility to install fiber in my flat?

Thanks,

Luca

Re: Fiber in my building, not in my flat

Actually I have received a reply with a PM, but not any follow up after it.

I tried to follow up through several PM replies, but nothing.

So this actually didn't solve my problem in the end.
