Faulty Router on arrival

Hi guys,

I've just signed up to VM  broadband but my new router -arrived yesterday - has a completely loose metal connection and isn't working.

Can you please advise me how to return the hub and receive a replacement?

Call the pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 explain the problem. Request a new router or a free tech visit to install one for you.

Cheers Gosglow. This is exactly what I did and new router arrived in two days. Props to support for sorting the problem so quickly. 🙂
