Fault on newly installed external Cable - Book engineer
I had my external cable connected to the house last week and the internal installation done yesterday. The engineer said there was a fault on the external cable to house and someone would be out that day....No one has returned.
ive called the help line twice with no joy. Ive spoken to another internal engineer and he agreed someone should be able to attend within the day.
How do i get someone/engineer to sort this external cable out ASAP..this should be all up and running now.
