Fault known and request an engineer

Hi

 I recently moved into a new property and ordered a quickstart package as the property already had virgins connection box on the wall. I neglected to look outside but the box is not connected and cannot see a way to connect it myself. I have no idea what the previous occupants have done or why.

For this reason i would like to request an engineer please to reconnect to the infrastructure.

Hi I'm afraid the forum is not an immediate contact with a virgin person, you may wait a week for one to respond on here, phone 0345 454 1111 and go down the TV faults route.Regards Micky
