I’m a brand new customer. Had an engineer come out on 18th December to fit my new broadband and cabling. The guy who came out did not fit the cable properly and run a temporary cable over my next door neighbours front porch. I was meant to have an engineer come out on the 7th of Jan 21 between 0800am and 1pm. No one turned up. Been on the phone for just under 2 hours passed from pillar to post and still getting no where. Can someone from Virgin Media please contact me ASAP as the cabling installed was only temporary. My next door neighbour is disabled and this cabling needs to be sorted.
I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
