Face plate installation NO SHOW

hi,

I had an appointment today for the installation of the faceplate but nobody turned up. I called up and they rearranged for it to be done the day before I'm supposed to receive my self-installation package. looking at questions and answers how can I be sure that this will happen. I had to take time off work as well for this and have to do it again next week!

Unfortunately you can't be sure. Pre-installation dates are estimates not guarantees.
