FTTP coax plug

Hello i need a new FTTP coax plug, mine has blown when the power came back on after a power cut. Virgin want me to wait 4 days for an engineer. Can i get them from anywhere?

yes, that's the bad boy, the green light has gone out, so i assume the internal fuse has blown.

I think you will need to wait for your technician visit. AFAIK, it is not a generic part.
