Had an electrical fault at home last night that resulted in everything getting zapped with 415v 🙈
My super hub was on a surge protected extension so that's fine, but the FTTP coax power supply thing has had it's diodes fried. I've phoned tech support and they've kindly agreed to send a replacement out to me. But now I'm sitting here convinced I'm going to wait 5 days and then receive the wrong PSU. Can any staff member here check if the right one's been requested? The model number on the existing PSU is ASH-12v PSU 500 HDU.
Hi this looks like an urgent need, unfortunately on here it can take 3 or 4 days for a virgin moderater to reply, I strongly advise you to phone and see if you can manage to speak to someone who knows what they are doing.Regards Micky
