I received an email when getting started with Virgin:
'Complete your F-Secure registration
Thank you for adding award winning F-Secure SAFE to your Virgin Media account, all you need to do now is register and install it.'
I'm not sure where this has come from, nor do I wish for this addition. There appears to be nowhere online within Virgin to stop/cancel this and 'Help' online and phone are unable to offer advice or solution.
How do I prevent this service from taking effect? So far, everything has been swift and perfect, this part however seems a little dodgy and I do not wish to be contractually associated with it.
