I need extra wiring to be able to move the modem and TV box. Can I get this free from Virgin or do I need to buy it? Its what come from the splitter from the wall that goes into the modem and the V6 box.
I just want to move it to the other side of the room. I'm now working from home on a permanent basis and, and need to make permanent space so probably just need about 4-5m to move it comfortably to the other side of the room. Do I just call them or is there a way of getting in touch online? I've tried navigating the website and can't find how to ask for this online anywhere!
Hi you can wait on here for a virgin person to respond but it may be 4 or 5 days, or phone 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, go down the TV faults and technical help route calling at 8am when lines first open there should be less waiting time, if you get the auto test don't worry let it play out and call again shortly afterwards as the system will recognise you have called before.
