External works delays

Hi, seen a few posts similar to my issue but none seem to give a way of resolving. I ordered Virgin a few weeks ago with install date of 2nd April. Then had a text to say external works were needed which was organised before the 2nd but not completed. I’ve since had 4 dates scheduled for this but the work has still not been done. Spoke with customer services yesterday morning who said it was planned for yesterday and to expect someone but they never arrived. App said rescheduled for today but again nothing done. Feels like no one has a clue what’s going on. I’m without broadband and struggling to work from home. Any clues as to how to get something done before having to call Virgin off and go back to Sky??

If you want to avoid a whole lot of heartache and frustration, go back to Sky.
