To carry out an installation, we sometimes do need to perform some works beforehand to ensure that your address is serviceable for your installation date. You wouldn't typically receive confirmation when the pre-installation works have been completed, but if for any reason this is delayed or additional works are needed to the point where your install date would need to be pushed back, we would make you aware.
