External work not completed

I ordered my WiFi on the 13th January with confirmation that it would be installed on the 3rd February with the external work completing on the 1st February. I received a text message on the 2nd February, 12 hours before my installation was due to take place alerting me that it was now delayed to the 19th February. After hours of phone calls, virgin customer service told me the external work would be completed on the 5th, 7th and 8th of February and today on the 9th February it still hasn’t taken place.

PLease can you help? i have moved from my old flat and as I am working from home I need WiFi desperately to do my job and i am currently without WiFi. I need this WiFi installed immediately. I have spent hours phoning customer service and nobody seems to be able to answer my questions apart from apologising. 

Any help is appreciated.
