External work at rented property

Hi,

I'm due to move into a rented flat next week and the landlord wants to know exactly what external work needs to be done before approving it. I can't find any info anywhere on this. How do I get in touch with someone that would know? 

I also can't set up my account as an error keeps coming up when I put in my email address to register..

We have a bunch of information available here regarding installation, but if anything isn't clear let us know and we can clarify. Regarding your online account, can you clarify what happens when you attempt to register? What error message appears?
