Post up a photo - VM should send a tech out to fix it - the photo will give them an idea of what they are working with so can book he right team!

Re: External omnibox cover damaged

Hello @jennystowe,

Welcome to the community page, thank you for posting on here.

I am sorry to see that your omnibox cover is damaged.

As the cover is still on we would not normally send someone out, I can see that it is slightly chipped at the top, is this currently causing issues with your service?

Many thanks,

Hayley

Re: External omnibox cover damaged

Hi Hayley,

I think water is getting in as my signal is intermittent when it's raining.

Thanks,

Jenny

Re: External omnibox cover damaged

If it were me; I'd gaffer tape round it - That'll keep the water out!

Re: External omnibox cover damaged

Unfortunately VM do not allow DIY repairs. They will send out a technician, you do not have to be in and it’s a free repair.

Hi @jennystowe,

If water is getting in there, I will book a technician for you to get this sorted.

Will pop you a PM now.
