I have just moved into a new house. Noticed virgin media box inside so signed up to broadband as simple home install but since discovererd the box outside is all hanging out and mangled so that's why my internet isnt connecting to the world. I need an engineer but I cant get hold.of anyone. Please help! Thanks (see photo)
in the mean time you might be able to get it working until VM tidy it up - there looks to be a splitter or an isolator that has been disconnected from the feed - post a photo to the left of the box showing the ends of the black cables that come up from the ground - not sure why there are two maybe a repull in the past
