External cable not buried

Hi guys,

The external installers have not buried the cable and just run it across the top of my front lawn.

Im very concerned that someone will see this and tamper or damage it. 

Is there anyone I can report this to?

Despite the efforts of the above member (of which I'm very grateful) we still have received no response. Can anyone else shed any light?

It can take up to a week to get a response from VM on here.

In the meantime try contacting VM directly by text on 07533 051 809.

Hey there @Mark87uk, sorry to hear about the external cable that is currently exposed. It shouldn't have been left like that and I would be concerned about someone tripping over and hurting themselves too.  I've found your details using the information we have on here and have arranged for an engineer to rebury the cabling. You don't need to be present as it's outside but you can find the details via your online account  .
