My neighbour has just had virgin installed. During installation my cable was cut. I spoke to the installation guy and told him, he insured me he would correct the issue but he didn’t.
I am without tv/ broadband etc and have booked a technician in for an appointment but will they be able to fix the issue with external cable?
they should be able to - they use a special box to repair breaks
