HiThe cover has come off on our external cable box on the outside of our house.This means the cables inside are exposed to rain and wind.
I tried getting virgins attention elsewhere on social media but cannot get through to anyone to arrange for someone to come and fix it.
Can we book somone to come and fix the box please?
